What do you supply for overnight boarding?
We are able to supply off the ground cots, blankets, bowls and more at no extra charge to you. It is suggested to bring food from home to keep from upsetting your pets digestion. Forgot it?! Thats ok! We have in house food that we can provide at a minimal cost!
How can I check on my pet during their stay?
Feel free to call our landline or message our system line ANY time to check on your fur baby. Webcam access will be integrated in 2023 for your viewing pleasure!
My pet has a special diet. Can their needs be accommodated?
Absolutely! Just bring your pet's food from home and let us know their needs. We are happy to accommodate any diet and or routine needed to keep your pet happy, healthy and comfortable.
What if my pet is on medication?
Not a problem! All of our staff is educated with quarterly classes to stay up to date on all things "pet". Even though the staff is knowledgeable in medication administration it is recommend to call ahead to notify the staff of any special needs. Pet prescriptions must be clearly labeled with pets name from veterinarian office.
What are costs?
Whether your needs are for boarding or grooming, it is best to call our direct line for accurate quotes. In order for us to provide and accurate quote. we may have some questions that may need to be considered in the estimate. But that is no problem! Just give us a call and we are happy to help!
